SAWN WOOD
Heat-treated wood is submitted to a high temperature treatment. This process only uses steam and heat, without the application of any chemical, resulting in a natural product. This treatment has a permanent effect on the wood properties, granting it longevity and better insulation. The biggest disadvantage is the loss of resistance. The wood gets a “toasted” and dark tone, homogeneous colour and its natural grain stands out.
